The office renovation aimed at creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff. Goodwood General Contracting prioritized accessibility improvements to ensure that Stride Physiotherapy could serve individuals with diverse mobility needs. They widened doorways, and incorporated accessible washroom facilities. These modifications made the facility inclusive and compliant with accessibility standards, enabling individuals of all abilities to access the services provided by Stride Physiotherapy.

Indoor Pool Construction and Finishing, Accessibility Renovations:
Big Splash Private Swimming Academy

Goodwood General Contracting were selected from several viable suppliers to complete the construction and finishing, including accessibility renovations of the Big Splash Swimming Academy in Barrie, Ontario. This project involved many interdependent elements from electrical and mechanical to accessible washrooms and a lift for pool entry as well as complimentary finishes to create a unique experience for their customers of all ages.

The Big Splash Swimming Academy

Medical Offices Design Build

We completed the design and build of a private medical office in Barrie, Ontario. The requirements included accessible washrooms, automated doors, plumbing, electrical and gas fitting. This project was 100% compliant to code and passed all building inspections. This project was also delivered on budget and was able to open on time and start accepting patients.

PROTEA Medispa Design Build

Goodwood General Contracting completed the design and build of a the PROTEA Medispa in Barrie, Ontario. There were numerous glass walls and attention to detail was paramount to create the desired atmosphere for PROTEA and their clientele. The design build included high-end custom lighting and accessible washrooms to meet building code. Accents included stone countertops, stone and tile walls as well as custom wood doors and finishes.
